PREMUROSA project joins RESTORE in the research for Cartilage Regeneration

RESTORE will collaborate with PREMUROSA, a new Marie Sklodowska Curie Action Innovative training network focused on Precision medicine for musculoskeletal regeneration, prosthetics, and active ageing. As RESTORE, PREMUROSA is aimed to optimize and personalized the application of regenerative technologies including those related to cartilage regeneration. To target these goals, PREMUROSA will enroll 13 early talented young scientists which will work together for 3 years to develop innovative in-vitro and in-silico tests to predict the healing response of the patient to the therapy.

The project is coordinated by Prof. Lia Rimondini at Università del Piemonte Orietante (UPO,) has been granted with 3.4M euros, and involved other 16 partners including high prestigious Universities, Research Centers and Companies.

The Instituto Nacional de Engenharia Biomedica (INEB) is part of PREMUROSA project and the INEB group will be leaded by Prof Meriem Lamghari.

The selection procedures of the young scientist will start on January 2020.
